Privacy policy

Most of the website does not require you to log in at all, and the only exception is the workout tracker, which uses Google to authenticate you and to store your workouts as a Google Sheet that you own.

Data accessed and its usage:

• Your Google email and full name only used to log you in, and associate you with the Google Sheet that workout app manages for you. No other Google account data is accessed.
• Your workout data (exercise names, notes, dates, and settings) is stored in that Google Sheet.
• None of the above are stored on my server.
